Having been an avid beef jerky consumer for over 35 years, I am always on the lookout for new brands to try. My biggest complaint with most commercial jerky on the market today is that it’s often too thick, tough, and excessively chewy. It feels like a workout for your jaw, which completely takes away from the enjoyment of the snack.
