As a kid, beef jerky was a luxury my family couldn't afford often but I loved eating it. One night, watching a dehydrator infomercial, I had a thought: why not make my own? A year later, I'd finally saved enough to buy one.
What started as a way to save money quickly became a passion for perfecting flavor. I experimented batch after batch, a little more of this, a touch less of that chasing the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and spicy.
Decades later, I found it.
Friends and family couldn't get enough. What started as a budget solution became something far greater, thirty years perfected, USDA Prime brisket, bold seasoning, and a satisfying crunch unlike anything else. This is Beef Crisp.
